FRA Calls FOR THE REMOVAL OF JOSEPH R BIDEN, JR. FROM THE 2024 FLORIDA BALLOT

RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE REMOVAL OF JOSEPH R BIDEN, JR. FROM THE 2024 FLORIDA BALLOT.

In accordance to the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, Section 3, which states:
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

Joseph R. Biden Jr., currently in his capacity as President of the United States of America, remains under active investigation by the Congress of the United States under allegations of High Crimes and  Misdemeanors as defined by the United States Constitution in Article II, Section 4. And, in addition to the Congressional investigation, other violations in particular to the above referenced provision of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution; have become apparent. These revelations warrant his immediate removal from Florida’s 2024 Presidential Ballot. Joseph R. Biden, Jr. undoubtedly fits the requirements contained for disqualification under this provision due to his oath of office during his service in the United States Senate,

Whereas, in September 2023 President Joe Biden released $6,000,000,000 (Six Billion Dollars) in U.S. funds which he claimed as “humanitarian aid” to Iran,

And whereas, Iran utilized those funds as a mechanism to finance Hamas and fund its action to invade Israel. Israel being an ally of the Unites States of America since 1948,

And whereas, hundreds of American  citizens, tour groups, as well as American Jews, on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem became stranded in Israeli war zones with the Biden administration doing nothing to aid in evacuation, and worse yet many American citizens were taken hostage by Hamas,

And whereas, Iran uses Hamas as a surrogate to execute terrorist attacks on U.S. allies, U.S. citizens and U.S. businesses throughout the world,

And whereas, President Joe Biden rejoined the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) an organization that openly admits to aiding enemies of the United States such as North Korea, and China by ceding control over American health services to the World Health Organization (W.H.O.).

And whereas, President Joe Biden’s open border policy has left every American citizen vulnerable to drug and gang activity and has effectively opened our boarders to a virtual flood of undocumented criminal elements and military age males emanating from a plethora of hostile foreign countries. This constituting a complete failure and inaction of Biden’s constitutionally mandated duties to protect the American people and our borders,

And whereas, this national issue was addressed and included by the framers of the United States Constitution in two separate and succinct provisions within the Constitution. The first recent interpretation having been decided (on January 22, 2024) in Department of Homeland Security vs. Texas, in which Chief Justice John Roberts led liberal members of the Court to a 5 to 4 decision which effectively permits the Biden Administration to completely disregard law enacted by Congress and established federal immigration law,

And whereas, the results of this decision effectively serve as a “Roberts high court blessing” on the illegal immigrant invasion currently ongoing and confronting our country. And whereas, as a result of this decision, Texas Governor Greg Abbot invoked the alternative, but more constitutionally sound, position addressed by the drafter of the U.S. Constitution, founding father, and President James Madison; which is contained within Article 1, Section 10 of the United States Constitution and which empowers every state to “declare war” if they are invaded or in imminent danger. The open boarders complained of in this case and the invasion of illegal aliens associated with it are a threat and a war on all Americans and render to all Americans to “imminent danger”,

And whereas, Governor Abbot said in his official declaration “Today the Biden Administration cut that wire, opening the floodgates to illegal immigrants. I immediately deployed more Texas National Guard to repel illegal crossings and install more wire.” Several hours later, in a second statement, he said “I officially declared an invasion at our border because of Biden’s policies. We deployed the Texas National Guard, D.P.S. and local law enforcement. We are building a border wall, razor wire and marine barriers. We are also repelling migrants”,

Now therefor, the Florida Republican Assembly does hereby condemn Joseph R. Biden, Jr. as a criminal, and his  administration, and all other federal and local players involved in this blatant crime against the American people. We demand the removal of President Joe Biden’s name and ability for placement on the 2024 ballot in Florida, for President of the United States.
